RETURN POLICY

Our return regulations

We guarantee that all merchandise sold online by Endor Japan KK can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return any unused merchandise in original packaging including the complete accessories for a refund.

  • We will credit the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your credit card, as soon as we have received the returned goods.
  • The shipping charges for return shipment from abroad are non-refundable.
  • If a return is due to a manufacturing defect or is an Endor Japan KK shipping error, the initial shipping cost will be credited.
  • As soon as our warehouse has recieved the return shipment, the credit note and refund will be issued.
  • Please note that credit card companies and PayPal also charge fees for transactions.
  • It can take up to 1 or 2 billing cycles until the refund has been credited to your account.
  • Endor Japan KK cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return regulations.
